Miracle Mask: Mask of Magnaminty by Lush Cosmetics

A trip to Dublin always involves a peep in my favourite stores even if I only have ten minutes to spare and one of these stores is always LUSH!

As most of you guys know from reading my blog skincare is something I am always buying in order to keep my skin in good condition.

I have been on the hunt for a excellent face mask for quiet a while now and I have most definitely found it thanks to Hannah in Lush Cosmetics just off Grafton Street.
Her knowledge of all the face masks available assisted me in choosing the correct mask for my skin type.
Not only was she extremely well informed her customer service skills were excellent .

Whats all the fuss about ?

I have to say in the last few years I really have spent a fortune on skin care from moisturisers,cleansers,face masks etc but I can assure you I have never tried a product that has worked like this one.
Lush Cosmetics really have a miracle product on their shelf's!

The Aduki beans in the mask provide an exfoliating texture when applying it to the skin this helps get rid of any dry skin and also makes your skin nice and smooth.
The Bentonite gel is particularly good for acne sufferers as it is a well known acne treatment.
The vanilla and honey in the mask provide a calm/soothing feeling to the skin which come on thats never a bad thing.

Application

So first of all not only is this a miracle face mask it is a quick and straight forward solution to rough,problematic,tired skin that needs revitalising...lets face it this cold weather this time of year really knows how to dehydrate our skin.
Not only is this a face mask but you can also use it on your body.
I use it twice a week once on a Monday after the weekend and once on a Friday night after a long week at college.

Step 1.Insure your face is makeup free and ready for application.

Step 2.Apply a layer all over your face or to a specific area e.g Your T Zone.

Step 3.It is recommended to leave it on for approx 10 minutes but I leave mine on for 20 minutes it does no harm by leaving it on for an extra few minutes especially if your skin is acting up.

Step 4.Take a nice warm cloth and remove the mask gently remember your skin is sensitive so no need for scrubbing.
