Flouncing skirt

I am always looking for unique skirts and this Chicwish skirt is no exception. The unconventional design makes it amazing and the skirt gives a flouncing feel during movement. 

To complement the dark brown color of the skirt, I paired it with a 'zigzag' patterned top. I love the bow details and I mentioned in my previous post that bow blouses are becoming a staple in my work style. New Year, New Wardrobe!
